Smoking Fresh Salmon on a HOME-MADE Smoker! Catch Clean Cook Alaskan Wilderness thomas: I ain't going to lie, every time I watch your videos. I start longing to go back to Florida but to the time when I was a lil boy fishing off the banks of Lake Toho long before they built up the roads back when it was just a two lane road from Neptune Rd, all the way to Clyde street fishing for that big bass or using a cane pole to catch Bream. Then getting up at midnight with my uncle and his friends to go fishing for milkies and blues off of Old Tampa Highway at the Shingle Creek bridge using chicken gizzards and hearts and back when I was about 7-10 yrs old, fishing off the Lake Wade culvert pipe where I caught my first soft shelled turtle on a Zebco 404 using canned biscuit dough and worms. Wow? Hard to believe 40 years have passed by. I turn 50 on July 8th. Thank you for your content.

Hey Robert, could you do a short podcast video with Kendell Gray by video, it doesn't need to be a live feed video and editing would be needed because KG doesn't have good internet feed, but he could find good internet feed to record it. this idea is only my opinion and KG didn't put me up to asking you about this and I don't know how busy you are right now nor do I know how busy Kendell is right. I'm just hopeful for both you all and this idea was sooo random.

I've never been a hunter or fisher type of guy out of just not wanting to have to kill an animal but watching your videos shows me how respectful and natural to do for our nutrition obviously. So I might start fishing this year for the first time lol. Love the content, the knowledge and positive family dynamic

That has to be some of the deepest red coloured salmon I have ever seen! You guys in the US are truly blessed with the nature. That smoker was epic Rob. It's amazing what you can do with a bit of thought and ingenuity. Kudos my man. Love the uploads as always. I am gone! Take care!

Robert, with as much cooking, grilling, and smoking experience that you have. why are you not putting a door/cover over the front of the smoker. As I'm sure you know, all of your heat and smoke is escaping through it and making smoking virtually impossible.

Hey Rob, I ve been catching and cooking a lot of Crappie lately and I absolutely love it thanks to you for inspiring me. Today I cut open my first crappie with a worm on the flesh which was pretty gross. You ever had any fish that has worms on them?

Nice place and nice videos! We sell land mostly near the lakes and this video might help our clients who are looking for activities near the lakes. So fun to watch! Thanks for sharing this video

My girlfriend is from Alaska and I always wanted to go there. She said she will never go back because she broke her leg twice slipping on the ice up there

One day I will fulfill my dream and fish Florida s waters! My dream fish to catch is a goliath grouper in open water! Or dogtooth tuna

I'm the total opposite! I sleep like a baby in the summer when it's light at night for some reason, I guess 40 years in Alaska will do that
