Hey robert. tasso. is NOT HAM. it comes from the front shoulders. so it's a class of its own. some people call it ham bc of how it's treated. but in all honesty if they did tasso process on a ham. it'd be dry as a desert! Just figured you want to know the correct term. seein as how your broadcasting to millions of people. let's inform them of what it actually is! Maybe people would learn more if we give correct info.

As always I watch all you're vids. I have a challenge for you. I'm from south Louisiana and I love Redfish Courtboullion. Would love too see you cook a Halibut Courtboullion with some of that Halibut. It's hard too pronounce the word Courtboullion because it sounds like Coubion the way we say it. Keep on Rollin brother.

Great video, hope you plan on doing from sockeye fishing on the Kenai river in the coming weeks. Should check out the dipnetters at the mouth of the Kenai river, would make a great video and truly an Alaskan experience!
