This is very cool but the cost is just to great to justify. As technology moves on I'm sue this will be the norm like flat screen tv's ect. ect. Hopefully this technology can be manufactured at a more afordable cost down the road. Heck I only paid 4000. 00 for my 94 20' bass boat lol would be more money in batteries than my boat! Ha! Maybe I'll hit powerball or something and be able to splurge for some until then I will keep lugging around my old acid batteries I guess.

Yea it would be nice if i had 7, 000 for 3 batteries that's just nuts I understand they last ten years but I guess if we are buying a new set of batteries every year for ten years it it's pretty much the same price but who got 7, 000 just laying around for 3 batteries the same one you showed is 2400 for a 36 volt two of them is 4800 and the starting battery is 2000 well one day maybe if I ever become pro lol like the concept just not the price

Or just look up GBS batteries and get 3 100 Ah 12 volt lithium batteries for less then 2000 bucks. They don't catch on fire if something goes wrong either. Still lightweight and last 3000 cycles and just as good if not better.

I will stick with my interstates 100 each and they last 4 to 5 years if you take care of them. good video if my sponsor gave them to me i would tell everybody I ran into at the ramp. fish on.

scott, I wanna put you on the spot. If you could only choose one, would you choose lithium batteries or power poles? Im trying to figure what route to go. Thanks!
reply

Hey Scott! So a regular bass setup is 4 batteries. Now do you only have 3 (2- 36v batt & 1-12v batt? Does 36v battery mean that it's 3 batteries in 1?
reply

Yeah I'm sure we all have a few boats laying around hey and while we at it why not spend 7, 000 on batteries that makes a lot of sense.

Could I use one 36 volt battery for my trolling motor and one 36 volt battery for starting my eTec and my live well and electronics?
reply

Do you recommend having a separate battery for electronics (2 graphs, power pole, under water video etc? Would a 12 v lithium work?
