Totally agree with Andrew when he says you don't need braid! Especially if you're a fisherman from the Northeast. the only time you need braid up here is if it's on a spinning rod with a fluorocarbon leader otherwise you fish primarily with straight fluorocarbon or copolymer or even monofilament on your casting setups. don't get me wrong if you're punching heavy mats or frogging in heavy cover then of course you want to use braid. up here in the Northeast we hardly ever go over 17 lb fluorocarbon when fishing a Texas Rig.
Btw. Congrats on the big win at Cherokee Andrew! You kicked ass and made a huge adjustment on the last day to get it done!

If that's the case, this would have been helpful this past weekend. A buddy and I had a tournament and we were trying to get 6lbders off of beds, and they were SOOOO finicky. We had like 10lb flouro and wacky rigged seniors and they would even eat that. We tried everything with no luck. They wouldn't even est a ned rig

Caught multiple big bass the last few days on beds with 50 lb braid in super clear water with sunny skies. Rage Bugs (blue craw) and Bandito Bugs (natural. Line doesn't matter to bedding fish if the bait is put in the right spot on the bed and lightly shaken or sitting still.

Thought of a new challenge arm wrestling. Since life sometimes hands you lemons looser has to either eat or drink a table spoon full of lemon juice. Or eat a segment of lemon.

Back in 1980 I was 13 fishing with my dad I caught a 41lb stripper so watching you with your kids bring back good memories thank you

Disagree on the braid, its revolutionary. I trust it more than fluoro or mono and having no stretch allows for unprecedented feel.
