Most informative practice video EVER! I have to figure out this cold and muddy fishery. Bassmaster Elite Series Stop #2 on the Tennessee River in Knoxville, TN starts now! Darian: After 38 years on this earth, i finally picked up a fishing rod. Crazy thing about it is that there was only one name i knew, and that was Martin. Roland and Scott were the only fisherman i knew. Good luck this year Scott and know that you are making a difference in people's lives. I use fixing as a way to cope with combat related PTSD. Everything i have learned in the 6 months i been riding has come from the Martin name, the Martin nation. Thanks Scott

A while back TWRA tried putting the Florida strain bass in Fort Loudoun. I don't think they did so well as Chickamauga has. Fort Loudoun is more of a river than lake like the Chic is. Water temp can fluctuate too much on Fort Loudoun I feel for the Florida strain to survive. Very few big creek coves and really no lake ledges either. But there was a time on Loudoun 20 pounds would barely make it in the money. Those days are long gone for now. It will eventually bounce back. Love the vids Scott. Still think you should put Billygotabass on your payroll dude. He gives your videos the humor others don't have. The practical jokes will eventually really piss Mark off for real. I know you remember how he was a few years back traveling with you.

i hope that you dont go the way of connell and wheeler during red crest, they video game fished the entire way, it may seem great to them, but it was the most boring fishing to watch ive ever witnessed. i know you will get to that point because hell you were one of the first to use, but i gotta tell you scott, it was boring to watch, and i like both of those guys. they never looked at the water or their rod, just head down looking at that graph. if thats what its coming to your gonna lose a lot of fans that watch the tourneys i fear

They messed with his Momma's food! He was so tore up but so nice about it. He was just genuinely disappointed in them! Great job in the event Scott, thank you! I thought the leaderboard broke on Saturday! Unfortunately it didn't break I don't believe. The fish broke for greener pastures. The 20/20 on this event will be interesting!

14: 18 I can see where I work in this shot, cool. I would not be surprised if the waters around Knoxville have been over fished in the last year. With the empty shelves at places that sell fishing equipment and the people I've seen out fishing.

SCOTT, F N BRING IT HOME FOR POP! YOU GOT THIS! You are Scott Martin the son of a true pro! The blood of a Viking flows through your veins! On a serious note it would be a beautiful moment when you pick up that trophy and hand it to pop!

Scott you should make the computer guys in your group go online and study each lake before you get there. Some sites/apps show the exact spot were people are catching them and what they are catching them on. That could help

Hey man. Nice! Really enjoyed the in-depth video. Not just a run of edits of fish catches. Great, long video of a little bit of everything. Keep them coming and you're going to have a great year, there's no doubt!

I live in Knoxville and fish tellico and Fort Loudon A lot. For tellico try using something purple and black or blue and black that is slow moving. or if you are wanting to throw crankbaits try a black and silver Rapala.

When the bite is slow like that in cold water it s best to throw a jerkbait, Ned Rig, or Drop shot. I live in Illinois and when we get that 40 degree water temps those techniques catch me some good sized fish.
