Literally seven hours of a guy typing -covid- and -svelte- but saying -CORVID- and -SWELT- every time. As useful as this video is, after the four-dozen the time it was excruciating to listen to. Like a form of water torture.
A -corvid- is a type of crow-like bird. -Covid- is the disease caused by coronavirus (e.g. Covid-19 is caused by SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus). -Svelte- means thin, attractive, lithe, light... -swelt- means to die or be oppressed by terrible heat. I think -svelte- fits the library better than -swelt-... the latter is like some kind of reverse German accent.

This is one of the best learning experiences (free or paid) I have experienced, just the right amount of challenge exercises to force me to learn; without making things so hard they are not fun!
I also like that we're not just creating another todo list, these are great example apps that will help jump start the application I want to create.

... P.S. if you were to update your course to use Sveltekit, I would do it all again (assuming I can get past the issue I mentioned in a reply to ASY below). ;-)

I noticed that you work on the master branch, and when done you checkout the new branch from master
wouldn't be a better git practice to create the feature branch before actually starting to work on the feature? moreover, you can merge local branches from vscode (but not from the -...- menu), withouth having to push and pull from the remote repo

Hello, I could not implement bulma css files with roll-up. I changed -rollup.config.js- file but extra.css is creating under the __sapper__ /static folder not main -static- folder. I see 404 code near the -extra.css- file in console. It can't load clean. What should I do?

OMG. Svelte is now a javascript framework. LOL. This gives credence to my friends drinking game: if you say a random English word and that word happens to be a javascript framework, you take a drink.

4:09:47 We should not use replace() here. In different locales, it will not work. We should sort states' data as numbers and parse them into locale strings in Table.svelte only.
