I wanted to download a 200mb video once and someting went wrong and the file corrupted while downloading and then I couldn't delete it anymore. I couldn't even move the file or the folder that it's in. (Also it was on an old tablet of mine that only had 8G memory so that took away alot of it)

Note: If you deny all the permissions then you cannot open or edit the files in the folder. U need to uncheck all the deny boxes to be able to read and write the files. So be carefull.

denying full control to all users/groups then what if I want to revert it back to its normal permissions? I cannot since I denied full control of the file beforehand, am I right?

We can do that in a single cmd command cacls (your folder or file path) /P everyone:n -----> To lock cacls (your folder or file path) /P everyone:f -----> To unlock
