Hi Chris, installed this on a virtual box on my main machine and it installed just fine first time out and then added a few things and all was fine and dandy. I then tried to install onto my 2nd older and slower machine with aim that this be a bare minimum install so this pc would just connect to the net and that's it. While everything seemed to go okay the drive its installed on is not seen by the bios as a bootable drive. Tried 3 times and watched video very carefully to not miss anything, no joy. I then tried on main machine and same issue even with new empty drive. Other installs work fine including w10 and endeavour0s and numerous other linux's. Any thoughts or suggestions very welcome. Cheers

Hey, Chris - I am a new to streaming and recording games on Linux. I have a few videos here on Facebook. I really would like to be able to use background removal in my videos. Are you using a greenscreen here? - There are software solutions here in Linux, but I honestly haven't found any good documentation on how to get this working in Fedora 35. I have found solutions for Ubuntu and Arch. Would you happen to be aware of a good guide, or solution which might work in Fedora? I have an RTX card.

I may be mistaken, but I think this is DOS not GPT, reason being I have CSM compatibility turned off in my systems bios, there's partitions there but I can't load them without turning CSM on, which because my system is newer I like to keep it off, don't need relics from Windows XP days in 2022 lol, thanks anyway Chris, I'll stick to ArchlinuxGUI, and Arch Acli when I need a quick install.

Perfect until 03:31 as soon as I removed the USB boot media, it would not boot to the hard disk (not using a virtual machine). When I go into BIOS, the hard disk we just setup is no longer listed. But when I do a clean EndeavourOS install, it boots properly. But I really want your minimal Arch. I tried loading the BIOS defaults. Its InsydeH20 on an Acer laptop.

I followed the instructions and it went perfectly the second run through. The first time I removed the usb stick too early when it said to eject it and reboot at the end of the configuration script. Big mistake. Instead, just reboot and remove the usb drive after shutdown. Otherwise, I got a grub error. Thanks for the script, Chris :)

All is great but it has some problems ( most recent is sudo where user is not in sudoers file so you can't do anything ). And plus script Blocks partitions from being wiped and it is tricky if you want to change your os.

I used your script last month. Way better than using Manjaro, actually. Though I'm not a fan of KDE Plasma, so I installed a couple of window managers. Definitely gonna check out this new branch next time.

Another remark, the script don't install yay for me, what gives problems. You nee to install sudo also and add the user to a sudoers file in /etc/sudoers.d. Your script don't work with the februari iso.

The yay command it-s not working how can i solve this. Also I-m not part of the sudoers. That-s it preventing me to add yay via pcman. Thank you for your script it-s awesome. Great. -
