My external hard driver turned from nfts to raw file so I can't access my data, I tried to use your recoverit application (try for free version) to recover and retrieve my data. but after waiting more than 7 hours until your application scan all external hard driver data when I tried to recover my data it appeared a message which notified that I have to buy your application for recovering data I was really frustrated and disappointed ,shame on you. From beginning you have to tell us that we have to pay for recovering our data. I wasted more than seven hours until your recoverit application finished scanning my external hard driver but at the end there is nothing, You were not honest , shame on you.

I have a problem maybe you can help, I have a second hard drive in my PC everything was working well, the other day I went to try to retrieve files I can't copy them or move them I took the hard drive out of the PC and try to clone it to a new hard drive you can hear the hard drive spinning a message pops up saying Hard drive is not recognized. and sometimes after about 5-10mins you can see it I can check what's in the files but if I try to move them or copy them it wont let me. what can I do to get those files off this hard drive its pictures that I have no other copy's. can you help

FFS, it is pronounced -roar- and not rau. Why do you treat such a serious issue with such an amateurish and whimsical attitude? It is insulting to those who have been inflicted with this RAW (you know, roar) issue. Also, you software doesn't always work, in fact it has never worked in my cases. I am fortunate that I didn't waste my money purchasing a non working utility that doesn't even find a single file on a -rau- partition.

The first 100mg recovered are free. So if you are looking for all to be free, then yes look for something different.
However I found Recover-it to be Amazing! I had an old Seagate external drive.. with a lot of data on it. ( total 195.85GB) 139.85 recovered and still checking (lol) So that to me Pictures from almost 15 years ago.. I thought were GONE...TOTALLY Worth the money!!

Sir i was using my hard drive from mac to pc and i was not aware of the fact that the hard drive will not work from mac to window by watching your vedios i have created a new partion in my windows laptop but now I'm unable to view my files ??? Is it deleted ?? Will you please help in this otherwise loosing my files will cause me great a loss please...

The partition/SD card that I have connected is RAW and the computer does not show its file system and keeps on popping up to format it. I tried many times to format it but the WINDOWS is unable to do that. More, the SD card is of 16GB but it appear 121MB on properties.
Please help me fix it and make it use again.

My external was been corrupted and I have found my ways to format it by watching your video and the file system is from RAW to exFAT and it can read by any pc or computer but why can't be read by any TV's? When I try to connect it to our smart tv there's no Media popping out? Can you help me find some solutions for this one?

Hey I need help. My external hard disk has many photos and many precious games such as Gta 5. When I try to access it, it shows parameter is incorrect. And also it's Raw. When I used recoverit software, at first I saw all my files. The second time when I scanned most of my files are missing. Help.

Flash drive doesn't even format, it does not get a new letter, it just goes from unallocated to raw. It gets a message that could not format. When I try to manually format, an error message appears: -Virtual Disk Manager- window, it says -The system cannot find the file specified-.

I have accidentaly deleted an entire external ssd witha hidden VeraCrypt volume inside. I nned to recove this hidden volume and outer volume, can this prigram help me do this? I just deleted with the command -clean- on windows while using -diskpart- cmd
