Another BS scam artist. I love how this sincere con man leaves out the fact that his lame software comes with a high price tag and you have no way of previewing files ahead of time to make sure they are the correct ones before purchasing. Whatever you try to preview you will be told that the file is too large and you have to -buy- first. I have no problems paying for legit services but not for deceptive garbage like this.

I connected my WD Passport to my macbook pro and erased all files from WD my passport and changed the name of WD my passport on Disc utility to be able to export more files to my passport from my macbook pro without realizing I was erasing all previous data from my WD my passport........ Can I recover all my previous files videos pictures etc? I have no backup . had all on WD my passport.

What to do if the drive doesn't get connected or read , my Western Digital my password is unable to connect !!! I feel something wrong with around the plug part of the drive as when I press there in some particular positions the drive starts working and when I remove the pressure it disconnects as well, click sounds also coming from the drive ????

Recover it , is it a paid software?
I have removed my internal hard drive and used as an external drive. After connecting my hard drive, it is showing offline & unallocated and the disk size is fully free. It means no data is there.
So is this software can recover whole data? Data is about more than 240 gb.

how to check the drive to see if anything was written to it before it stopped working? the white light on my wd external drive doesnt come on, it worked on my old pc, not on new one, i tried a laptop i couldn't figure out. please help. I can still rma wd but dont want to until i verify nothing is on the drive.

I really thanks to recoverit....it was my last hope of data recovery...which recovered more than 100gb data... too easily recovered... really appreciable...I strongly recommend for data recovery....it doesn't matter how much have to be recover

I installed the FREE version, and spent about an hour on the program. But when I hit the RECOVER button, it advised me that I had to actually BUY the some $90 program just to use it! Don't waste your time on this!!

Recoverit shows all the files I want but they all have Zero KB for the file size. So is that saying they're lost forever? I don't want to pay $89 to have they say they're gone.
