Alright guys, so for everyone having issues now with the audio being muted after 3 seconds or whatever despite changing the photo timer, you also have to change how long the actual song goes for. you do this by clicking on custom audio again on the top right and at the bottom you will have the length of the song as a bar, move those blue handles so it fits all of your song inside. and also move the little white handle on the top all the way across to the right and play around with it. click done and youll be all sweet guys! :) please like this so every new person that comes across this has no issues!!!

----help needed---- : So my pic and audio works great till 1min 42 sec, after that there is no audio. The cursor moves, the pic is there, but the remaining time is mute. is there a time or a size limit .. my mp4 file size is 17,970 KB and the total running time is 1 min 52 sec, last 10 sec are mute.
My audio was initially .ogg, i converted it to .m4a and this audio is fine till the end, but the when i plug it in , the last 10 sec are not working as expected

I went through all the steps and the final product has the music I uploaded sounding way off like there-s more than one song playing at once or sped up big time And jangled around just all around unlistenable.
I-m using a 2016 HP stream laptop is this the problem or what am I missing here ? I-ve tried at least 10 times and the audio is way outta whack .

I've tried this like 10 times. EVERY time I follow these steps exactly, but the video always comes out without sound. I can't figure this out. I'm adding -custom video- but I can't get a video with sound! Can somebody help?

That -My music- app on windows 10 sucks! I have a bunch of live music concerts in my windows media player that won't transfer over to that music app. I need my music to go from Windows media player to YouTube !

One problem I have is trying to get the entire audio in the video. I'll put in the full duration of the song but it won't all go in completely. It goes in for only 20 seconds or none at all.

Nope. Doesn't work for me. Audio add option doesn't materialize, the -background music- tab remains greyed out. Won't allow me to select any music at all.
