This was an awesome video...until I feel like it skipped the most important part. To explain, let me state what I want to do: When i schedule a vacation on my own work calendar, when I'm creating the appointment, I want invite a shared vacation folder. That way, when I click Save, the appointment will be saved on my calendar as well as a public vacation calendar. This way, at any time, a colleague or our department manager can look at the vacation calendar and see who is in the office and who is out of office. How do I accomplish this?

Hi. This is helpful, but maybe dated?? At 2:31, adding the Calendar app doesn't seem to be possible - perhaps that's changed. Had to download another app altogether and need admin approval. But my bigger question is - how can we create a calendar for our field teams to use to scheduled & manage vacations & holidays effectively? We have 750 locations with 6-8 people at each, and vacation scheduling has been really tough. Would love to learn more about that. And, yes, we use the entire MS suite. Thanks so much - love your videos-

This was interesting. I'm searching for a calendar that would be available to a team, but it would contain scheduling for equipment, letting others know if the equipment is available and then reserving the equipment, with ability to view all equipment and what person/project is using the equipment. Is there a Microsoft tool that I could use for this?

This was very helpful, thank you. Now that I-ve created the calendar I want to set permissions within it.
Backstory: I want my customers to be able to add entries to schedule their own appointments with my staff. However, I do. It want the customers to be able to edit any other entry made by other customers.
Is this possible?

Hi Kevin, thanks for the video! Quick question - none of the team members in my Teams can see this calendar in their outlook neither do they get a notification when I add an event to the calendar. How can I make sure all my Teams member have access and can enter their events for a truly shared experience?

This worked great for members using Windows but I can't seem to connect it to outlook (i'm using a macbook). The -connect to outlook- is greyed out for me even though i set up the calendar. I wonder if you may have some ideas to get around this?

This is GREAT! Thanks for the help. I'm having one issue. The calendar will pull up in Teams on the desktop, but will not open in the app. Suggestions? (Only blank page on app with -download- at the bottom. Hit download and nothing happens. Thanks!

Great video thank you! is there a way I can change the days so it starts with Monday and not Sunday? Also can I change colours of each of my inputs as I have a lot of different types of events running and would like to group them.

I can't wrap my head around how utterly atrocious the Microsoft Cloud experience is - dozens of different control panels / accounts / descriptive languages. You desperately need some level headed UI designers.

How can I get my team members to view/see the calendar in Outlook? I-ve created a calendar and clicked on connect to outlook but I am the only one in my team who can see the calendar in Outlook.
