-FREE solution : --_chkdsk C: /f /x /r_-
Where -C:- is the letter of the drive (the partition) you'd like to verify and eventually repair. Do this for all the partitions of the disk you want to verify, if such disk has more than one partition.
Start Windows in command line mode (via F11 key during boot and then navigate the menu until you get to the command prompt option). You'll get into a command line mode window.
From there, type -_chkdsk C: /f /x /r_- - this will scan your file system and repair it if required, as well as scan your physical sectors and repair them automatically if need be.
-Note :- If you don't know what drive letter to specify, you can list the available hard drives that are connected before hand, by typing (followed by Enter) : -_wmic logicaldisk get deviceid, volumename, description_-
This will list all the partitions with their respective deviceID (those with the same deviceID are part of the same physical disk)
An alternative is to launch that same command line in the -CMD window- from the start menu, or -from the Poweshell window,- both in -Admin- mode. To easily get to the PowerShell Window, right-click on the Windows start menu button (the one that's the leftmost on the taskbar), and then select : _Windows Powershell (admin)_
-Note 1 :-
to list the available partitions and devices from the CMD Window, type
_wmic logicaldisk get deviceid, volumename, description_
to list the available partitions from the Powershell (admin) Windows, type
_get-psdrive -psprovider filesystem_
-Note 2 :- if you use the CMD icon from the start menu rather than the Powershell (admin) window, then you _must_ right-click the CMD icon and select to execute it as an administrator (in administrative mode).
-Note 3 :- this alternative will ask you to restart your PC so that it can scan and correct errors (it will do so at the end of the booting sequence, right before entering Windows). As such, the switch -/x- would be optional.
There you go, and it's free... :-)

Let me try to save some of you some time, headaches, and frustration. Before you go running software for hours and hours, try this test first. This test is for mechanical hard drives, not solid state drives!
Make sure it is as quiet as possible in the room your computer is in. Turn off TV, radio, AC unit, etc.
Now turn on the computer that is having hard drive issues. Put your ear very close to the computer or even on the case. If you hear scratching sounds or metal on metal grinding, your hard drive is toast. No software in the world is going to help fix it. Normally, you can hear a drive that is mechanically failing without getting very close to it and it is usually pretty obvious but sometimes it may not be so noticeable unless you are very close to the computer. If the drive is making a lot of noises, especially metal on metal grinding, I would almost guarantee you there will be data lost, even if you pay a data recovery service. That is why it is so important to learn how to back up anything important to you on at least three completely separate drives.
If the drive sounds completely normal but you are still having issues with it like SMART warnings, reallocated sectors, etc, go ahead and try to fix it with software like HDD Regenerator or EaseUS.

There are 352 bad sectors on the disk surface. The contents of these sectors were moved to the spare area.-
Based on the number of remapping operations, the bad sectors may form continuous areas.-
There are 24 weak sectors found on the disk surface. They may be remapped any time in the later use of the disk.-
My HD health is 15% how to recover it permanently

If I reinstall windows 10 Pro then I have to use HDD Regenerator again, is it correct? Because during install windows 10 I have to 'Quick Format' C: drive.
