I have a problem where an external harddrive (that has always worked perfectly) has decided to blue screen my desktop. It does the same on my Windows 10 laptop. I can however access the files on my Macbook but I can't copy and paste to a new harddrive as Mac OS won't allow it (different formatting). I have tried different USB 3.0 cables and same BSOD. What can I do?

Hi, i have a problem with my PC. My pc is not responding but inside harddisk is rotating. I thought that there is a problem with hdd. So I bought new SSD. Then also there is no response after connected new SSD. Please help me. What is the reason. Fans, CD drive etc are working.

bro is there any solution i have wd elements 1tb,when i connect it to my and other laptops,it sounds connecting but showing loading also slowdown my all laptop which it is connected at that time,also disk management not opening when it is connected,please help me how to fix this.

My 15 year old hard disk suddenly started making some kind of a chirping sound and I couldn't access it. After opening it, I saw that the contacts were black, the same as in the video and the first step fixed it. Thank you!

My hdd is working slow when i transfer data it is giving speed of 0kbps and when i open folders in that hdd it takes much time and mostly it gets not responding i want my to transfer my data please help me

WOW! That first step worked like a charm. I didn't even have to clean it. I just blew on it and reattached it and it worked. Thank you! I should probably Backup my Files to a different HDD, right?

while i am playing games or watching a film the monitor loses signal pc cpu is still running and then blue screen now it doest even show up on bios to boot can you help me?
