The Pin feature, I don't think it is used to pin chats, rather an entire conversation with someone. For instance, Diego might send you 100 more messages after that request which you pinned and when you click on the pinned one on top, it doesn't take you to that message, but just to the last chat.
The pin feature is more like favorites (from SFB), where you can pin your frequent contacts.
Ps. I am still a learner with Teams and I may be wrong with my understanding. Just wanted to confirm critically!

Hey Kevin , thanks for the video.
is there any way a 'Bot' can indicate the speaker he is overshooting the time in Microsoft Team ? here especially attendees dont want to send a message to the speaker which is little annoying.
I am looking for an app which can send a pop up message to the presenter about the time left him to finish the session in order manage the total time allocated for the session

Thanks Kevin for the great job your're doing here. Microsoft should keep paying you after you resign because you know very well how and to show people in their great tools.
Can you find some time to explain the compliance and security how to in MS 365? It'll be great thank you again, you help us a lot !

Bonus tip: For those of you that already use Tasks in Outlook, and don't want to use Teams as a place for tasks as well, you can use the option -Share to Outlook- instead of -Save this message-. It will then arrive as an e-mail in your inbox, and you can create an Outlook Task out of it.

---Can you PLEASE help some teachers out? We're trying to find a way to share information from a Notebook in one Team (a PLC sharing Team) to our own class Teams... We've spent days trying to figure this out - any special advice?!?! We're getting desperate with school looming so soon.

Hey Kevin, Very useful thank you for creating this tutorial. Do you have a solution for reminder of file or documents. For example a file or certificate needs to be reviewed on given date and I would receive a reminder about it. Please le me know.

Thank you so much for this video. My question is, is there a way to also automatically send the reminder to peoples' emails in outlook? This is because I am in an organization where people are used to outlook and not teams. Thank you.

When I search -remind- the only thing that shows up is an app called Bookings. Why? Our company pays for Teams, so I would assume I have the same options as you do. Also, how did you get the -Create Task- option in More actions?

Kevin, have you created a video to teach us how to create a Teams meeting on behalf of another staff member? Such as a receptionist or assistant making a Teams meeting for someone they support within their office.

I am really waiting for a Reminder/Tasks-Implementation. The built in functionality is just a workaround and using apps from unknown corporations giving access to your conversations is a huge security problem.
