A LONG time ago, I volunteered to be the newsletter editor for a non-profit artists group. I was not (and still am not) MS Word savvy. So I did the newsletter in MS Exel. Then I discovered Publisher. Can you hear the angels singing? Life took me into Apple products but I have always really liked the ease and relative simplicity with great versatility in Publisher. It is the reason I have a Windows computer. Thank you so much for this overview. If I wanted a more in-depth set of tutorials, would you recommend SkillSets or other subscription learning service?

That was a real nice tutorial Kevin! I like making greeting cards and this video explained a lot for me about some of the functions of Publisher.
But I was wondering if you could make a video for greeting cards that includes crop marks to cut the card to size so that it could be sent in a standard #6 3/4 envelope.

Great tutorial Kevin! I use Publisher already but what I can't figure out is how to apply a picture over 2 pages so its spread out, not creating 2 backgrounds on a 2 page view but just 1 picture over both ... appreciate yours or anyone in your community's feedback! Thanks

Kevin, I appreciate your videos. I am having trouble with Publisher and Mail Merge. My file prints for a short time, and then all of the images/text, etc. disappear. The copier continues to -print- but all of the pages are blank. What is going on? I hope you can help.

What is the main difference between Power point and Publisher >> why not to make simple banners and flyers with PowerPoint I mean what advantages Publisher will offer over PP. Basically Publisher looks like some kind of combination of Word and Powerpoint

Thanks Kevin. I've never looked at publisher before but I followed your step by step tutorial and it all made sense. Now I'll try to use it and be scratching my head a lot! I'll come back and watch it many times. Very good tutorial. Jim

Thank you for this video. very helpful. I make my own family trees in word but I can only create up to a certain size on the screen. Can I create margins that are like 24 X 36 and take to the printer. Word won't let me. Thank you

Kevin, I have about 500 publisher files I need to convert to PNG. I don't want to open each one and save as PNG. I don't have a week to dedicate to this. Is there a script that will do this in bulk?
