i feel like a muppet i just got new pc and just cut and paste all games into the new drive on the main page the bit were i cut and paste was the -steam library- and i cant get anything to work the local files bit doesent pop up pls help me techjunkie

When I try to create a library file, it says exactly this
''Selected drive already has a Steam library folder. Steam will manage multiple game installs in a single folder for you.''
I have no games installed
