Can the participants of a room send a message to the meeting organizer when he is not in the room? Trying to use the -Breakout Room- for a team event where I set the group into teams (a room represents a team) and then send out a question via an announcement. The first room to answer the question gets points or gets to come back to the main room to play the next round.

is it possible to create different rounds of breakout sessions, i mean, first round 4/5 breakout sessions of 15 min each, afterwards second round 6 breakout sessions of 15 each? I would like to organize different rounds of bilateral meetings, is there a limit of breakout session?

Thanks for the presentation. I tried to fill the Breakout Rooms in advance of a coming meeting. it didn-t work. Is filling the Breakout Rooms only possible when the Teams meeting is live? If so, it feels a bit ridiculoos. You cannot present and fill Rooms at the same time.

My managers are currently using Zoom for breakout rooms (up to 120 participants), however are interested in moving to teams they use other Microsoft 365 apps. Is it possible to create breakout rooms before the meetings start with participants (uploading xcel spreadsheet)?

Is there a way to have a file (Excel worksheet) in each breakout room that can be viewed in the main room? Also are the breakout rooms a one-time room or can the teams go back and forth between the breakout room and the main room?

Can the students enter their preferred rooms by themselves without the teacher manually adding them? It is in case I would like them to select their topics and/or group mates. Hoping this feature was added.

its like a class monitor or teacher forcing students to work on a project. Adults are smart enough to pick/setup their own individual meetings, why is a mentor required to force a breakout room

It's so great that MS added this feature! It would be even better if you could set an automatic time period for the breakout rooms, though, rather than having to manually end the rooms.

Thank you Kelvin for always simplifying your tutorials. Is it only the Organizer/Host that can create a Breakout Room or Can a participant be delegated to create Breakout Rooms

I do not see the breakout rooms button in my Teams account and I am not able to create. Can somebody help? I have written to Microsoft but there is no response.
