More new features, I haven't even had a chance to look at the previous new features. I have a serious problem with MS Teams. I have to conduct on-line training sessions for Word, Excel and PowerPoint for delegates OUTSIDE my company. The problem is that some of my delegates/students cannot join the team I have created as it is only accessible to people within my own company. I also find that when I invite them in after sending them the link to the Team they cannot see the files I have placed in the files section of teams, these files again are only visible to people in my company. The other day my delegates could not join the team I created due to their company's security protocols. They had to create a team on their site, invite me in, give me presenter rights and give me permission to share a screen. Again I had to use a third party program to get the training files to them, so they could practice what I am teaching them. NOT impressed by Teams.

Hi Kevin, I made a custom announcement banner for teams but every time I upload it into Teams it compresses it and makes it blurry. I designed it to the size recommended and I-ve tried several different file types (bmp, jpeg, png) but it compresses it and makes it very blurry as soon as I upload. Any suggestions?

Hi Kevin, I do like you video and very usefull for me. I do have a little question in relation to that some when I am call a collage, when other are able to call me, but who is that possible since I am in a other call, maybe yiou have a little tips & trick to -block- when you on a call

Hey Kevin, I don't seem to have the UX update despite updates being set to download automatically. Even manually checked for an update and nothing happened. Am I missing something? Is the update you went over set to come out later and you're just giving us a preview/demo?

You do a great Job!! I find your teams videos to contain quick bits of easy to understand useful information. I-m going to check out some of your other topics. I-m specifically looking for tutorial a on how to make a quick video in SnagIt. Keep up the great work !!!

I-ve been facing some problems in my class. Someone kept muting me . I changed the permission to -only me- .
Is there any Issues with teams that can kick anyone suddenly? Or mute an attendee automatically? Or this can only happen by an attendee?

Thanks for all the tips. You're great. I'd like to use the new fluent ux that you talked about, but I can't see it. I reinstalled the Teams app, but that didn't do it. What am I missing?

With the new Presenter View, it does not appear to capture audio embedded in the PPT slides, even when the Use Computer Audio is toggled On. Anyone know how to get this to work?
