Hi Kevin, Your videos are really helpful. I am stuck now, however and cannot find the answer to my problem anywhere! :( It is to do with animations and audio timings. Basically I have a video to run on the slide - like a demo of a programme with audio explanations. There is one video and 50 audio files (yes, I know). I use the timings, but would like to be able to -diconnect- the audio file timings from the video. Now - I do audio files -with previous- and -tie them to video-. Very fiddly. Would prefer if the video and audio could somehow run consecutively and I could use the -after previous- timing. Do you think it is possible/ doable? can you point me in the right direction? Please?

I am late to the game but I just did a presentation with the second option which was great but when I went to go turn it in, it wouldn't let me send it through my school porta. However, it let me email it to my professor. In some cases, it is saying it is too large, but if that was the case, why did it let me email it? I've tried to trim it, but it would take away a lot from the presentation if I trim any further. I also tried to compress to no avail.

I have decided to play some backgroound music on my video but found that the low volume which I have selected is still too loud. How can I have a very low background music with my voice at the normal volume on Powerpoint. If I change the setting, the music is fine but my voice is also lower, which is not what I want. Finding the right balance seems impossible to me on Powerpoint. Have I missed something?

Hi Kevin, it might be because I'm using powerpoint online on Mac, but I'm not seeing any of these functions, i.e insert audio or record slideshow. I'm a group leader in a project due Tuesday. If you have any tips to help me, that would be very appreciated. Thanks.

When I record my voice over on a slide the first word always comes out suppressed in volume. This is happening even if I use or don't use microphone... This means it is not a microphone error but an error in the software... How do I solve this please reply --

Hi! I have to do a presentation for my first job interview, which is virtual. I've thought about using narration for the slides. If I were to use it, how much should be used? Or should I avoid using narration for my presentation altogether?

Thanks Kevin. This is very helpful. I tired for one of my lectures. I faced one issue - there was some sound, like static, heard during transition from one slide to the next, while using options 1 or 2. How can this be solved please?

Great job!! How can you add some cool music also like you did at the end of your presentation? Also, how can you add some soft background music as you-re talking?
