Thanks Kevin - I love it that you give some really clear and easy to follow guides. Why can't MS do that???! One issue I'd love to get answers on is this: I have created a standard project folder which is open to all members under the 'parent' settings, but then removed user permissions for a couple of the sub-folders so that they are only accessible to owners. That works fine - but when I copy this folder to start another project, the 'parent' permissions are reinstated on all sub-folders. Is there a way around this? So that I can copy the same folder structure/permissions for multiple projects? Thanks in advance!

I have been watching a lot of the content you putout and they really do help me a lot. Thank you soo much for this. I do have a question on the sharepoint sites, if i create a sharepoint communication site for my organisation, can I share the link of the site to external users to be able to access the site without having to login or to seek permission? my IT guy says it might not be possible due to the Multi Factor Authentication they have to keep on, but he isn't sure about it too, can you help me with this, I will mean a lot. Thanks :)

Hi, Kevin! Quick question. We are trying to link a table from our Excel masterfile to a new Excel document. It lets us copy and paste links on a sheet but when we reopen the new document the links disappear. Both files are in our SharePoint but authored by different people. We would appreciate your help in making the link dynamic.

Is there a more scalable way to manage adding and removing users to groups instead of this manual way?
I have multiple custom SharePoint permission groups on a Hub site and associated sites.
Some say Power Automate?
Thanks for all the great videos!

Hi! Is there a way you can restrict a set of permissions, for a specific group, which prevents people in that group from being able to share a link to a file or folder/document library with someone with an external email address i.e. not the company domain?

Hi Kevin, it-s amazing video, I would like to ask u if it possible to set up share point access to make for example 3 person to have access to home page and the same time personal access to their document folder? And don-t see others..

When we share a site content with some one , that person will get an email notification. What happened of he dont get an email (if the send email notification option is disabled), how he can access the site content.?

I think that sharepoint is awesome. The bad thing is that the interface for accesspermission control is just awful. Is very difficult to follow when you have to give several permissions to several groups

thanks for the great video, I found using Sharepoint is rather complicated, but I have to use it for my work, I may need to rewatch your great videos again. thanks
