I followed all the instruction you made. And the instruction of the wizard. Yet there are an error occured saying - An error occured while the wizard was creating the passwe reset disk- pls help me. thanks :)

I followed all the steps..after creating the new password it says -an error ocurred while the wizard was attempting to set the password for this user account-
