#1 How to Get Microsoft Office for Free - Kevin Stratvert

I have a pivot table with income and expenses separated by month and amount with a grand total. In the past i have selected my income types and grand totals columns and created a chart. It worked
In using MS365 - new to me - i do the same thing but instead of getting just the income info it selects the complete info from the pivot table. When I use the select data icon the window pops up but will not allow me the change the data range or location. It defaults to the whole pivot table. Hopefully I have explained this properly. Please help

When I try this on my tablet it won't let me do this, it keeps saying my subscription has expired and I need to renew.
