I know this video is older, but:
I'm trying to create a calendar for an online class. I want each month to show out to the side how many weekdays in the month. I've highlighted the squares that are weekdays, and those that do not fall within that month have a light gray fill. The squares that do fall within the month have no fill. So, I've tried: =COUNTIFS(C4:G14,-cells with no fill-), and 1 or 2 others (can't remember exactly because I already undid them) and I've tried COUNTIF also. The result keeps coming up 0. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

i need formula for conditions; 1.-If item Count in Column-A have equal Count of the same item in corresponding Column-B, Result should be -Complete-
2.-If item Count in Column-A have Count at least one in corresponding Column-B but less than Count in Column-A, Result should be -In progress-
3.-If item Count in Column-A have no Count in corresponding Column-B, Result should be -Not Complete-
4.-If there is no Count in Column-A and corresponding Column-B have no count, Result should be -Blank-, please giver reply also on engineering-tahir-hotmail.com

How to find out only Not match result by formula when there all results are not match then result should be verify

Another great video, that unfortunately doesn't address my situation. Using your example: I would want to know how many times a number appears in the Units column that is greater than 3, but less than 10, which in this example would be 3. For my purpose, cells D2 through D7 are a named range. Thanks.

Hi. That was really useful video but please tell me how can I count cells containing different figures but at same range? For example the range A6:A135 is in the same column, the cells I need to count (the criteria) are containing the figures 41, 42, 43 and 44. -

will like to know how to count cells, but some cells contain numbers and a letter other just numbers and some just lettes. I want to count the numbers only even if it has a letter with it
