Hi Kevin, any chance you could do an update video for this? I can't even get started with this. His two pages of instructions say to save your first letter as a draft by clicking Save To Drafts - Merge Tools Folder radio button.... I have no idea what he's talking about. If I just try to use it as you were showing in the video it crashes Word as soon as I click the Merge With Attachments option.

Thank you this tool is exactly what i have been looking for. The tool caused Word to crash on my main desktop PC. I tried several times, I think this might be due to Word already having a range of macros installed. Anyway, I installed the tool on a laptop with a clean installation of office 365 and it works great. Thanks to Doug for creating this, and Kevin for an excellent tutorial

Hello, great video. I only have outlook web app, when I get to -Merge with Attachment-, I get -91 - Object variable or with block variable not set- - I have no idea how to fix this. My mail merge stops here - Please help! I try sending the mail merge without any attachments but I don't receive anything in my inbox. It's like my MS word isn't linked to my Outlook web app....

Hi All can anyone help me, this is an amazing tool thanks yo Doug and will help me in work. I tried to send 200 emails and it keep showing Error! No document variable supplied. Within the body if my email. I have removed special characters from the headings although I have left spaces. Has anyone else had this issue? Can anyone please help me? Thanks in advance

Hi Kevin, thanks for sharing the mail merge with attachment. However, I have two questions are how can you upload your PDF file that you had saved on Desktop to Excel sheet, secondly is can we still upload the PDF file in -this PC under Document- to Excel sheet and how can do that. Thanks for your time & help!

This looks like a great add in and will be really useful for some of the work my team complete. When I have added this in to my word start up folder and open up word the 'merge tools' ribbon does not appear at the top. Do you think this could be a restriction put in place by my company's IT department?

Hey Kevin, would be able to create an updated video on this as Doug has since updated his tool. For those wondering, I was able to follow the steps not including an attachment just if you wanted to use the CC or BCC option. As usual Kevin's videos are the best.

Hi, thanks for this video. I keep getting an error message -Cannot find this file. Verify the path and file name are correct-. I'm unsure what could be causing the error. I'm wondering if it's because I tried using more than one email address in the CC field?

Such a helpful tutorial but it's harder to follow when using a Mac as the system is different. I got to the point where I tried clicking the Merge with attachments button in Word but it won't let me because an error message shows up. Will try it on a PC
