awesome, works, thanks again! I did a speed test using that VPN you gave us i was getting 11 Mbps vs 133 Mbps in my public. but the 11 Mbps said open network connecting. that is kool as hell. If i enable that VPN on my cpu will my dad get less Internet Speed to his CPU?

I did this and it worked but I'm a bit concerned as I can no longer open bing search on my chrome browser. Also doesn't open on Firefox and Edge browsers. I get an error message saying -Can't access network-. -techlore Any suggestions?

microsoft is also forcing windows 10 to install now, once i woke up at 3am becouse it was suddenly upgrading to windows 10 while that pc wasn't even compatible with higher windows versions than windows 7

Thanks for this, even though I have a VPN, I would share this with other people.
Also, you should try running 60 FPS if your PC can handle it, I'm just lucky because mine can run like 200 FPS without lag.

Sadly you can't delete all the spying stuff of windows 10, in some devices, there are spying chips, like the RFID one. This one has to be removed to avoid spying.
