US Encryption Ban & WWDC Privacy - Surveillance Report 16 - Techlore US Encryption Ban & WWDC Privacy - Surveillance Report 16 - Techlore itech: 12: 39 - It's not about competing with Amazon, it's that eBay is such a pile of crap these days with tons of bugs and completely inept and feckless about all the scams from Chinese sellers, that it's essentially worthless now and instead of trying to fix it, they just sit back and let it die and only take action about people complaining about its many, many problems. I've reported so many deceptive listings to no avail. I've wasted my time reporting many bugs for nothing. I'm sick of eBay. - - A Galaxy Fold. -

Privacy issues are becoming more and more ridiculous by the day for some companies. Today, I used Google maps to drive for some shopping, only to realise when I got there. that I hadn't enabled my location services!
They don't even give you the usual warning, they just do it, it's like they don't care anymore because they know that we know. :'( can't wait for Linux phones (I can't use GrapheneOS on mine)

Your videos have really improved!
Highlights of comments I like:
Cloud misconfiguration: not that again! Why is it always THAT!
19 vulnerabilities: Some patched, some not!
Encryption ban: (bleep) you!
Liked this video.
My comment: Yes, lets ban encryption so hackers can more easily F. with you and your $$$. Politicians that support this: (bleep) you, idiots!

Where should I start when choosing a VPN, I have seen so many videos saying -do you really need one? - Or they are always choosing a sponsor, well because its a sponsor, any suggestions. I use proton mail, which I enjoy. Any info would help. Thanks.

Re: Protonmail
Be mindful that this is s Swiss company. Simply claiming good security is not enough. Take a look at their track record of providing -secure- solutions. Crypto AG is just one story that springs to mind.

They want to make everything -smart- for the data. They need the data to feed the AIs. Data is the new economy.
There are many usages for AI but ultimately it would all be useful in military.
Let's be real here.

Some nice flicks happening in your hair.
Agreed on the smart stuff, can not see the point. A friend has done it, and honestly he spends longer getting Alexa to follow his commands than just getting up and doing it.

Encryption is a Weapon of self defense, and should be covered by the second amendment. Ask anyone in the military if secure communication is such.
Remember: secure communication is necessary for a free people.

IoT is designed for agenda 21 and agenda 2030.
It's literally supposed to be Orwellian af.
It's a good thing to not care for it, but it needs to be actively fought against.

Smart devices are fun for temperature sensors, trail cameras, and pressure sensors attached to lights. I use home assistant and try to keep it as open source as possible.
