There's a thing that really makes me angry with this Google and big tech stuff news. When we say -big tech-, -companies-, -FAMGA- we forget that there are actually hundreds of people involved in these scheming. Working in a certain company incentivizes you to make certain decisions but this people willingly choose to do things that make our future worse on a damn global scale. And actually cover for each other while doing so. Sounds like data mafia to me.

Has anyone found a way to get VOIP phone numbers in Australia? It's not fair that we have to scan and upload our photo ID if we want to get an Australian number to use for things like online shopping without risking our real phone number being in a data breech, that only stops law-abiding people from staying safe, because criminals who are buying numbers for the wrong reasons can just use stolen IDs to buy as many numbers as they want.

Nathan said earlier in the video that he doesn't necessarily trust that a phone app is respecting the privacy settings the device set, based on one app not doing that but then you both say. Trust VPNs. Someone needs to do a both sides video comparing VPNs to see what, if anything they store. If VPNs claim they don't store, they should be fine with a data scientist examining their data. That's when I'll trust VPNs.

I don't know why, but I kinda got an off vibe about your content and some of the ideas you had a while back. I saw your video on Brave vs Firefox, agree with your comments a lot. I also checked out a couple of other recent videos and don't really why I got an off feeling about your content in the first place.

When's the squirrel waffle picnic? Will pigeons bring syrup? Should I have my own butter? Loved the fast pace. Been helping other seniors where I live with tech. They are frightened and confused and feel like they are abused. Good to hear about the Amazon situation. Keep up the good work!

I'd consider myself a tech layman, as in I don't participate in much of what's discussed in these videos, but they're still super insightful and I always find myself glad that I watched until the end
Thank you for what you guys do!

No bridging app passes GDPR.
It can never do.
Why is it being pursued?
It is effectively illegal to move messages from one messaging platform to another.
It also breaks TOS for most of them.

Don't worry because they are ALL going to be neutered very soon. The USA will be going through a Revolution and these monopolies will be shaken and all their hidden patents will be freee for all

Uh just a tiny heads up, the -a- in -mullvad- is pronounced like the -a- in -far-
Not a biggie just thought that someone here might enjoy knowing how it's pronounced
(I'm swedish btw)

Got 4 matrix servers on 4 separate domains running on one server, with a 5th server for hosting the bots & bridges. a good reliable secure communication platform.
