Hello Kevin, thank you for the class. Today the problem I had when working as moderator is that I could not see the chat, neither 10 other attendees, only the facilitator of the meeting, do you know the reason and solution?
When we went into break out rooms, we didn't have that problem. I could see 1) the chat, 2) the participants, but not in the main meeting. Appreciative for your help

The fact that Kevin recorded multiple videos to explain how to do this or that or find ways (mostly cosmetic fixing) to perform so many tasks tell me that Microsoft Teams is completely flawed. Basically, Microsoft Teams is just a sharing screen software - that is all. You ought to improvise for all the other tasks that you need for, let's say, a presentation or class.

Dear Kevin, do you think that what you suggest, is a serious solution ?? !! The problem exists and it causes problems (and inquiries) for thousands of teachers everyday !! The TEAMS's team, should urgently make a software update and give a solution to this problem. Sorry, but having 2 screens or using an extra mobile device is not a solution !! Kind regards !!

I don't have Powerpoint sharing option on my Teams. I only can share using either desktop or windows . The other way I only can share my contents is by keeping the content open beforehand. I'm also not able to change to presenter view by any of the methods that you suggested. Could advise on this please. Many thanks in adcvance.

I can't believe how Teams missed this feature. Many, many times I start a full screen presentation and can't see if somebody joined the presentation meanwhile. Until they interrupt or I end my presentation, then I notice they entered. This work around does not for me.

Hi. Love your videos. Everyday when I'm using teams, I only have 5 kids at a time my TEAMS freezes. I've reset the cookies, updated windows etc. I always have to restart my computer which slows us down because I use two computers at the same time.. Please advise.

Uploading the presentation works fine and allows me to see the chat column, but this presentation mode does not allow me to have a pointer? None of the normal shortcuts work and I don't seem to have any possibility to annotate or point in the presentation?

Kevin, Just wondered if you could help on something. When I want to share a power point presentation it only shows in the window section ( your video - 1.29) and not on the power point section. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Appreciate the work-around but surely they are working on a way for the software to accommodate having this all on your one screen. Seems it wouldn't be so complicated and it's certainly a constant painpoint.

Impressive how Teams is impractical to use in class - I think I'll rather use Zoom with its 40 min limit than this unwieldy piece of software. So many workarounds to achieve what Zoom just... does.
