This game aint very well optimized. The game makes your CPU usage shoot up to 100% on all cores for some odd reason and therefore you have major frame drops. From the usual 100-144 FPS, my framerate can drop down to about 57 FPS when this kind of shite happens. This game is weird.

Idk why my laptop plays it so bad, specs are:
CPU: Ryzen 9 5900HX
GPU: GTX 1050ti
Ram: 16 GB
Plays every other game I want perfectly, but when I play Bo3 it stutters really badly and rarely goes over 60 FPS. I play BFV in 4K at a smooth 60, Forza Horizon 5 at 4K at a smooth 60. I run Bo3 at 1080p and still laggy,

Interestingly it is badly optimized and if you wanna check it out for yourself...just try to start BO3 with just 4GB RAM (below minimum) and then BO4 with just 4GB RAM. BO4 will load faster und runs more stable than BO3.

I use to get in the 200fps range but a few days later it became 40-70 it may be because I do t have much storage I will get back if it goes back to normal

when i open the game when i reach the brightness settings my fps is 0 and when i try to increase the priority from low to normal or high its jumping to low automatically (sry for my bad english)

Does this help stuttering too? I have alot of fps drops, like every 3 sec altho there's nothing wrong with my specs. I've tried alot of fixes but none of them really worked.
