Lol, making this video at these place, ofcourse you get 60fps stable, why not try boston, if someone ask im not kidding, bethesda engine is the real problem, my intel pentium g4560 3.5, xfz rx470, 8gb ddr4 2400mhz, can get 60fps capped in this place with Apex enb, im not kidding, when you go to boston especially if you at high place such as trinity tower, GG MAN, so to avoid annoying fps drop is capped ypur game to 30fps, if you got high end cpu, ypu might not have any problem, but this game just not worth it, bad graphic, but still demanding, hell, titanfall 2, ultra still can run more than 60fps maintain

dont play this game above 60fps. the game engine was built for that. at like 120+ fps/ refresh rate your jump height is reduced for example. using higher than 60 makes it difficult to jump on to train cars for example. I had to jump off a cliff to reach a power armor frame that was in a box i had to unlock, because i couldnt jump high enough to get on. setting my refresh rate to 60hz (vsync then capped my fps to 60) allowed me to jump easily onto the train car.

Another tip I saw on Steam was to turn off 'Controller' (unless you're using one) and 'Vibration' in the in-game settings. For some reason, this fix will give you a good 5-10 fps.

the only issue im having is crashes from desktop, thats it, as goes for performance in game, no issues what so ever, so how do i fix the crashes from desktop part

i play fallout 4 on 11 fps. 81 fps is what i get in new vegas.

i7-8700k/1080 ti here. Running 3440x1440 resolution. I get 120 frames but it dips in the 40's in the cities and dense areas to this day.

I have a RX580 and my fps seems to be locked at 60fps. I have everything set to ultra and it still runs at 60fps or set to low and still 60fps

couldnt figure out for the life of me why my fps was 40-80 saw all my lod values were 20000..... lol everything is much better now.
