Tryed to stream darksiders 2 at 1080p with 60 fps. But i can get only 1080p with 30 fps. Checked setting fps limit. Everything normal.
is it possible that with 19.8mbps(upload) i seted 3500 bitrate in the setting?

If you up your bitrate like that, you are going to ask your viewers to have the same ammount of download. not very user friendly. buffering madness. Still trying to find the balance for a stream.
