A percentage of people that change this, find they can no longer boot into windows. Google cannot boot after changing number of cores to see lots of people have ruined their Windows by doing it. Most of these optimizations do nothing and one can potentially brick your PC.

Don't turn off your page file even with 16GB of RAM. If Windows doesn't need it you won't notice, when Windows does need it you will notice. There are also some applications/games that can break by turning it off. Deus Ex Mankind Divided is a good example, the game can crash on startup with page file disabled regardless of how much RAM you have.

This isn't named the Ultimate Guide for nothing. I've watched several other optimization videos and this has everything those ones had and MORE. 100% legit, I recommend keeping the GUI though if you're unsure

Will only affect windows apps... bs killed my audio. Had to turn back on to use discord. Fps did not change. Figured id would try before installing new ssd. Just incase this shit actually worked.

Well I tried to download the Driver Booster app but my antivirus software blocked it and now I have a file from them I don't have access to even delete. So there's one added unneeded file.

I think you should have said don't let advanced system care delete anything from the system32 folder luckily I had a restore point from the day before.

For the BOOT Advance Options. Should we still select the max cores if we are on a laptop? Wouldn't it kill battery faster when you're on the go?
