For me this has helped FPS stutters, which was my main and only problem. If you want an increase in your FPS (a large increase) invest in new components, as for everyone saying that their stuff is messed up... you clearly didn't follow his instructions.
Nevertheless, excellent video and I'm glad I took the time to go through it all.

Having issues and i cant get to the bottom of it. Got an RTX 2060 and an i510400 and still getting less than 160 fps on low res and settings. Tried a lot of things but could anyone help? Really lost as when I was on my old computer (ill admit this was over a year ago) which was only a GTX 770 and an i5 3570k I was getting much higher fps.

hello there hope your'e doing great.
i used your ultra low config and i get 500+ fps main menu 300+ ingame when i change my setting to very high i get same fps except 500+ in main menu but doesnt matter because its main menu thats all.

temps are below normal.

Went from below 150 - 200 fps to stable 200-400 fps Ryzen 5 3600 + RTX 2060. Disclaimer: I put my pc on power saving back then believing to save electricity and I forgot that I did that and was ranting about low fps on games and I have 144hz monitor my eyes hurts.

Does anyone have problem with constant flickering circle above mouse cursor and CPU being more loaded after following these steps? My fps went from 30-40 to 65 but now I have problem with this flickering and my CPU is always above 60% when all programs are closed
