Maximum performance is useless unless you are playing a very old game... You're just reducing the life of your GPU. Texture filtering quality has no bearing on performance or Reflex. You also completely skipped low latency mode. This video is completely useless and disingenuous.

The ULTIMATE Guide to reducing input lag by using Nvidia reflex AND Optimizing YOUR PC by Properly setting up your GAME, Monitor, Mouse and GPU Settings for the lowest response times from the moment you input a command to the moment the command is displayed on your monitor!

my monitor is supposed to run at 165hz refresh rate but it wont show up in the settings. on the TV part it will go up to 120hz but in the PC parts it only goes up to 85hz. its plugged into a laptop which is 2060 and the i7 processing core and 32 g of ram... HELP!!

This shit is the real deal! I was skeptical at 1st applying all these changes really helped with my apex legends. Input lag is a real problem for alotta people and many don't know that their existing hardware could really squeeze out some additional performance.

Heyho, I play Valorant where its often about latency who kills who. I have a 165hz monitor with Freesync so it's G-Sync compatible. Now my question is whether it is worth activating Freesync or not, because my PC often get around 100-130 Fps.

Yeah, don't max out power in settings, as counter-intuitive as it is you'll do nothing but chew through the power bill or even get lower boost clocks due to having always a high temp inside the case.
