this is my current settings except those resizable bar stuff. it messes up my pc, game crashing, pc restarting. I'm most of the time running an android emulator at the background while playing PUBG or NARAKA. w/ that resizable settings applied, NARAKA will most of the time get stuck at loading, or if it went thru, the game crashes in the middle.
Haven't tested it in PUBG yet. But that's fine, right now I don't need the possible extra 5-20% boost in performance.

I have done all the things you said in the Use this new nvidea setting video, For some reason i do not get any extra resolutions.I am using an rtx 2060 i was wondering if you know why its not working for me. Decided to try these settings for MSFS2020 on pc. Best decision I have made trying to coax the best out of my system. I7-11700, GeF 3060 12gb vid, 32gb ram.
Also set max. frame rate to 35fps.
Stunning detail, smooth as silk. Other settings mostly high or medium with trial and error.
If only there was a way to get my Q2 VR to do its best. Havent found the right combination yet.

I tried this with my 3080 running on a 60hz 4K TV and there is absolutely no difference with DLDSR. I think is was really designed for any resolution under 4K. What did make a big difference though was the other settings - Clamp LOD Bias and enabling MFAA in particular got rid of shimmering on fences etc.

Mixed results Division 1 expanded the image so it was a mile beyond monitor visible area, Divsion 2 seemed to work and slightly fattend up the image (good) Ghost recon breakpoint failed totally to see the higher res monitor settings, same sort of over sizing image happened in far cry 6 and far cry new dawn.

I noticed that the downsampling only works on a separate monitor which I have plugged in to my laptop. If I unplug it, I no longer have those options on the control panel and I can no longer change display resolution. It's like nvidia doesn't consider the main display to be a monitor or something.

I'm already running on 4K with a 3080 card, so could these settings also improve things? I'm mainly sim racing and the shimmering and flickers from wire fences is annoying. I also always use Adaptive Sync, as with this I get no screen tearing.

Thanks a lot I have 3060 ti with 1080p and I tried this in Warzone along with DLSS and indeed it's miles better !!!! Can we just say that we can use this on all games ????? in Apex legends though I can't get it to select other resolutions
