You could of mentioned FastSync where if you are able to achieve at least double the frame rate or more of your refresh rate, haveing FastSync on will let you have lower imput lag as well as no tearing. It will always stay at a multiple of your refresh rate, this workes really well on lower refresh rate monitors like 60 Hz, the frame rates possible are 60, 120, 180, 240, 300 etc. It still has a use on higher refresh rate moniotors like 240 Hz for games like CS:GO where really high frame rates are more easily achieved, frame rates possible will be 240, 480, 720, 980 etc.
FastSync basically keeps updeating the buffer with the newest frame while waiting for your monitor to refresh, so if for example you have a 60 Hz monitor but can easily play a game at 240 fps+, it will update the buffer 4 times before sending that last frame to your monitor at the correct time.

Being bottlenecked by a 75hz monitor isnt that bad, i use RTSS to cap my frames at 70fps and i also overclocked my GTX1650 Super OC by +150 core clock and +525 memory clock. Most my games run stable at 70fps, including Tarkov and Arma 3 (depending on server of course). Also i use gsync+fastsync instead of gsync+vsync on some titles that has doublerendering issues, most noticeable is Tarkov, which locks your FPS to exactly half the refresh rate of your monitor when using scopes on distances, no matter what your FPS cap is if gsync+vsync is enabled.

panjo - hello. First of all I want to make it clear that I'm not trying to dog your video and information, these settings might work for you and others, but I tried to apply these settings on my pc, and using apex legends as my test game. Unfortunately, trying your advice made my game have HORRIBLE stuttering issues. Would you or anyone here be able to give me some tips if I gave more detailed info on my setup?

wow thanks it worked like a charm! i have a 165htz monitor and was getting around 100-140 fps in warzone, sometimes worse like 70fps but after doing this among a few of your other suggested optimizations i am now getting a steady 160-165..ive never had my fps in game stay so consistent, i highly suggest this mans videos he knows his stuff. follow ALL instructions and dont skip steps

This is actually dope af. Honestly I've been gaming on PC for years and never paid attention to frame times. I'd like to think I have a pretty beefy PC (5800x, 3070), but these micro stutters and stuff have consistently pissed me off. I thought all that mattered was FPS avg and 0.1% lows lol. This completely resolved my issues, thank you so much.. for real.

Question: why didn't you use min - average - max monitoring option of RTSS to know your ideal fps cap instead of looking at the overlay and see current fps by your self?
Isn't that option very trustable or you just did it that way for no particular reason ?

Thanks for the video. I just don't know what to do. Optimum tech says frames uncapped is best, and you say cap. ahhhhhh I'm so confused! Also should I use radeon anti lag even if my gpu usage for fortnite is only 30-60%?

Im going to try this with Hell Let Loose. That game has so many stuttering issues and stabilization issues, even with my 3080 GPU. I wonder if this will fix it. My FPS will be all over the place normally.
