Was discussing this with a neighbor who was defending Apple for -all the good they do- which I think is primarily that they support his politics.
Been neighbors for years and still follow the old model of arguing politics over beer instead of throwing bricks at each other.
After this latest round of accusations he announced that -it was for show- which prompted a string of rare agreement between the two of us
Now I'm just trying to get them on Linux

arent modern samsung phones mostly manufactured outside of china? meaning that most of their parts arent part of slave labor? yet another reason to get samsung over apple. nice that they are finally re-allowing bootloader unlocking on qualcomm models, so you can unlock the bootloader and get away from the closed source oneui.
