Step 2: Create your contact form Click Ninja Forms, & delete the default contact form By clicking on the gear wheel button & select Delete. To create a new form, click the Add New button & select the type of contact forms. Step 3: Adding this form to your page Go to Pages Add New Name the page Contact Us. In the text editor, click Add Form button and in a drop-down menu select the form Click Insert button & publish the page. Adding to an Elementor Page Open the page you want to add the form & click Edit with Elementor In the Elements section, search for forms and select Ninja Forms Widget. Choose a section of the page where you want to add the form and click + to add Drag and drop the widget and select the created form from the drop-down menu. To insert the form, click Apply button. Step 5: Demo - How it works Test the contact form. Open the page with contact form, Add your name, email, and message & click submit. Immediately, you will get an email to the address you selected while creating the WordPress website. To change the address, go to WordPress dashboard, Choose Settings General. Add new address, and click Save Changes button

Thank you. This video was helpful to create my contact form. But facing a minor error. I added an extra column of phone number in contact us form. I made and entry and submit to check if it is working. I received the mail. But It did not show the phone number of the entry. What if my customer provide the phone number but i am not receiving it. How do i do that ?

These instructions don't work with Gutenberg Wordpress. I had to install a Classic Wordpress Plugin to get the Add Form button to show up! And thank HEAVENS! I do NOT like Gutenberg overall. Too many bugs like this! But if it hadn't been for this video, I wouldn't have found the Classic Wordpress Plugin!

Great tutorial. However, I am not receiving any emails and I've checked my email in General Settings. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this? I am still getting a 'successful message sent' on the website. thanks.
