Hi Dave
Was following your steps in creating the single-post template using Elementor-pro. Was able to see the dynamic featured image loaded on my canvas while creating the template. I saved it with condition to be used by all Post. However when I tried to view any random post I was not able to see the dynamic featured image loaded. I can only see all the post content. I have been cracking my head where I could be going wrong. Is there anything I need to set or check if this is done before I can view from the postings? Funny when I go back to edit the single-post template everything is there as I wanted. Appreciate your input to this issue.

When I went to add the eliminator single template it wasn't there, it was just page and section. And then I added a page anyway and went along with the rest of the video anyway but when I went to edit the page in eliminator in the settings there was only general settings- not preview settings or advanced. Can you help me understand why this has happened?

Thank you for this excellent tutorial. I have 2 questions for you.
1. Everything looks like it's working OK except the featured image. I can see it while designing the page, but not when I preview it.
2. We just designed the single page but How can I design the main page where all of the blogs are listed. Can you help with this? Thanks

Hey! Nice tutorial. I have a question: Is it possible to change a hover color on the posts widget (example 17:00)? I am pretty surprised that there is no option like that inside of elementor. I wanna use different hover background color and then i would like to change the color of text (of titles) to white. Is that possible ?

Great Content!
Loved It!
But, I have a small query.
How to make the sidebar sticky and automatically stops being sticky once we scroll to the end of the main content? I mean the sidebar needs to be sticky until the post on the left is not finished and it should not be sticky once the post on the left side is finished.

I followed the instructions and the template looks really good but when I view the page/ template I do not see the image background that I selected and every other post using this template the image is tiled or repeated even though it is set to cover and no repeat in the template. Can anyone tell me why this is? Thanks

Thank you so much!!! I am having an issue though. When I publish and view the page as a viewer would there is a large margin from the left side of the page to ehre the first column is that has the author box. Could my page settings be off somewhere. Thank you again. This is by far the best tutorial I've seen so far!!!

When you click on Query (16:37) you have different options than I do. I'm wanting to upload my posts to a page by their category and I don't have that option. I just see -include/exclue- by term or author. I want to include by category and it won't let me. Why is that? I have Elementor Pro... Help. :)

I have purchased Elementor and I do not have the Elementor> My templates option. This is the one step that is tripping me up and would love some help regarding it. In addition, how do you stop post templates re-posting the same information within itself when it is added to the blog page?
reply

I created it and applied to all posts in my site, but it did not apply to any post.
I tried it multiple times and even recreated the blog post, always setting the condition to all posts.
It never works, my blog posts do not change whatsoever. Anyone know the solution to this?
