Where does that monthly subscription go, Adobe? Why are all useful kinds of grids not included in illustrator from the box, even though you sure as hell know people need it for years?
This process should look like this: I have an isometric idea > I hit Isometric Grid in the app > Isometric grid appears on canvas > I DRAW.
Somehow Infinite Painter - a mobile app! - managed to do exactly this, but not the Adobe Allmighty. That is pathetic, as for Industry standard.

It's mind boggling that the most efficient way to create an isometric grid in photoshop is to draw it one line at a time, even after 32 years of development and thousands of features

You know, in Gravit, you can just turn the canvas grid on then toggle it to isometric - and voila.
All these steps skipped.
