How to set the default values in the path effect editor? I thought my ellipse shape was broken for the longest time until I saw my default width is 1000000 instead of 1 or any other normal number. I can individually change it after each stroke I make, but it's annoying since the PC takes a split second to draw that line with such extreme width. I went to set default parameters for width, but honestly, it's a bit confusing since it just gives me Set, Unset, and Update with no actual width to set.

for some reason, when my pencil setting is on ellipse, it looks like a football, and not a thin line with both ends tapered, no matter what my smooth setting is on. triangle in and out are fine. i wondered if it was my tablet settings, but i don't think so.
