DOOM Eternal PC gameplay on a 2080 Ti + 7900x

Watch almost 15 minutes of DOOM Eternal gameplay running on a PC equipped with an Intel Core i9-7900x with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Ti KayisKoi: Too many reviewers/play-testers, at least the ones that record footage, make the game look very slow paced. It's not. It's almost like these game journalist only associate games with the use of a controller. This IS PCWorld, after all. It's almost like they don't actually play games unless they're reviewing or play-testing them. I've read/watched some claim that the platforming is very difficult and slows the pace to a crawl. Then I watch people who actually play games full time, like GGGManlives and TheRussianBadger, and that isn't the case. Game journalists have become something of a joke in recent years.
I totally don't have issues with people playing with a controller, by the way. It just confuses me, especially in the context of this video.
Imagine playing Dark Souls with a KB/M.

This game is so gorgeus, i just hope it'll be just as well optimized as the previous doom game.
i still think it looks ahead of it's time - one of the prettiest game's i've seen!
And what i really like about the 2016 Doom was the level design. i hope they put in just as much love!
Can't wait to play this

This is not the PC version because you are playing with a controller and not with a keyboard and mouse otherwise if you do not show the game settings you cannot tell which resolution or even the settings you are using. Nice try but you deserve a thumbs down.

Aww no, they changed/removed the deep pain grunts the Slayer would make when he was damaged. They heightened the pitch and lowered the frequency at which they occur. Not a fan of that change. I really hope they change that back.

its really nice to watch it running real well with what im assuming is high settings, but its just as bad watching it with as bad as the player is. id rather watch someone play this on console low settings and the at its peak of 60 fps

So all the others preview vidoes released this week were played on mouse and keyboard - IGN, Gamespot, RPS, etc. but of course PCWorld played the game with a gamepad. fantastic guys, really great

Ohhhhh goooood he's using a controller! --- It's the end of the world! Come on everyone! Let's cry! Waahhhhhhhhhh! Wah! Wahhhhhhhh! Don't forget to suck on your thumb afterwards.

Guys don't make fun of him, maybe he's playing so poorly with a controller because he is a small baby.
You wouldn't make fun of a baby would you? That's just not right.

Kinda wish the wall grab was automatic instead of having to press a button. Seems like something that can be a bit more annoying than it needs to be.

I saw that glory kill not register. That-s gonna hopefully get tweaked or something? Or did he use a blood punch and I didn-t notice?
