A radix sort is a counting sort algorithm that orders numbers one digit at a time, from least significant to most significant. It's often faster than a comparison sort.
A parallel radix sort is just a radix sort done in such a way as to allow independent calculation by multiple execution units, to speed the whole process up. Anything which needs to sort an array of numbers a whole lot of times is going to benefit from this algorithm.

Windows 10 is really the enemy it cause both stuttering and black screen by forcing it is own driver over AMD new driver Cazy I Hope Nvidia didn't suffer from this cause I'm buying 3080 ti.
