My priority in Notebooks is power efficiency, so I'll go for the last year's ryzen + rtx model if that's not available in the new models. Seeing how cooling is the biggest limitation in terms of performance, with 3060s often outperforming 3070s or 3070s outperforming 3080s with better cooling or high power limit, I don't want power-hungry, hot Intel or radeon chips.

I think you did some confusion -
1. Legion slim 7 will come with soldiered ram not full legion 7.
2. full legion 7 gets rtx 380ti with 175 watt tgp with new intel HX i7 and i9 processor.
