For the past 6 months Keith has been tracking the performance and stability of Intel's Arc A770 and A750 GPUs to see if there has been any improvements. The half year anniversary is a good place to check in with the stats so far and to wrap up this series.
Big: Thanks for the last six months Keith. From my experience of using an A770 since launch, I think the ARC driver is in great shape and XeSS is being added to an increasing number of titles which is great news, but Intel ARC Control desperately needs some development horsepower thrown at it. I have given up installing it since it stopped being an overlay as basic features like the ability to turn off specific performance tiles does not work....... I just install the driver updates for now. Fingers crossed ARC Control will be given some much needed love and attention in the months ahead. Date: 2023-04-23
