Hey Umesh, been a long time fan of yours. Need to draw on your knowledge. Recently I had my first opportunity to second shoot a wedding at a fancy hotel in Toronto. The venue was lit by incandescent light so all images have a very warm tint to them. There is no reference neutral grey or white to work with in any picture. Is there a process to do white balancing in Lightroom in this situation, without needing to work in Photoshop. This was an Indian wedding so the bride is wearing a red dress and the groom is wearing black and I don't k ow how to bring out the right colours.

good but u maut have one more example of white balance in a image where you don't have Gray at all. So how to do white balance of it?
I tried many tines and every time my images brings new colour tone, from yellow to orange to magenta to blue.
So it would be great help to give perfect method to this. thanx

Excellent explanation and demonstration. I would, however, limit the cuts back to yourself until the explanation is finished. I found it distracting. Otherwise, very good.

Would you always kill the artificial light of a concert for instance? To me the picture seemed some more interesting with blue light than just with apparently white light.
