I came to know about d trick of Ctrl+Alt+T & Shift+Ctrl+Alt+T.

I don't know why the faq people dislike the video. I mean it's good for beginners or intermediates. If you don't wanna watch the stuff don't watch it. It's as simple as that

i have a problem because when i change the mode to overlay my layer disapear. and then i cant add the blur on it its greyish for me.
