You're right, these rankings are definitely dependent on the eye of the viewer. LetsEnhance was disqualified for me because it overly softened the image to the point of throwing away important details. Was it ugly? Not exactly. but it certainly wasn't accurate enough for my tastes. I don't understand why you bothered importing the original or the low-res version if you weren't going to do a final comparison of the winner with them both. Might as well not even have had them loaded in.

Man are you serious you are zooming too much on an upscaled image you didnt tried the 4 models of gigapixel the lines would have been gone on the very compressed or low res model.
Seems to be your personal grudge with no sense because the one you claimed to be on top totally failed and gigapixel stood out best

Just ran across your excellent review of upscaling softwares. I see you're using a very old version of Gigapixel AI. You really need to rerun this comparison with at least v5. 4. 5 but preferably the very latest version. I am sold on Topaz Labs softwares Gigapixel AI and Sharpen AI for all my digital artwork that you can see on Lakeshore Digital Art, LLC.

Why make everything so difficult, there is a trick to enlarge pictures without any loss of quality. just enlarge the picture with 110% and do this a few times or make an action of it. You will be surprised how easy it is and there is NO quality loss. I do this for years and all AI software or other tricks are just worthless if you use the 110% enlarging.

I really can't understand the high ranking of LetsEnhance. It did one of the worst jobs in this video. Not only it didn't produce a sharp picture, it even errased some of the details that were more or less good on the low-res image. Overly softened eye, textureless skin, blurred eyelashes. It's simply not good.

Its 2022 now, more than 2 years later. Please do this test again with 2022 software. I bet Gigapixel will fare much better. I don't experience the problems you had in the today version 6. 0. With some pictures PS gives a more natural effect. With other pics Topaz GP is far better than PS.

Gigapixel is the best AI enhancer out there, I think you are just really unlucky, I've been using it for a while and it always gives me perfect results, those lines you got are just pretty weird and not a common issue.

Deepimage now requires setting up an account. Why would I want to do that before I try it? Next.
In fact, of the few workable Android versions, none actually enhance general pictures. Only FACES are enhanced.

With gigapixel you used auto and just accepted it. If the auto doesnt suit, which it doesnt always, then you adjust until youre happy with it. You cant do that with the other stuff.

I think gigapixle would depend on your graphics card. That said you're a photoship professional so I'm gussing you're pretty near top of the line.
