There are other options less expensive, and more useful ...Logitech are trying to reinvent something that many of us already have or are worth consideration. streamdeck, loupedeck, tourbox, extra keypad. these solutions are proved to be more effective and cheaper, in many cases. Sure, since you use logitech mouse and keyboard, why not add a giant scroll wheel and a streamdeck mini, that's not innovation, that's purely adding nothing to the market. it's like da Vinci saying, btw, since we give you our great sofware for free, please buy our editing bay for 1500 dollars or more. Yes, we know that is not for your average user, but, it's a great tool for color grading and editing your videos.
Like logietch mouse and keybord combo, except for when i have a mx3 and it can't use the Logitech mx keys because they are not available anymore and you have to buy the combo, Mx s. Again, i use a cheap keyboard and for photoshop, any keyboard does shortcuts. Just saying ...

I have a gaming keyboard next to me , its only half a keyboard, I sanded all the keys off and replaced each one with custom printed labels and in software I have all my macros set up. It cost me 10$ and some effort printing the labels, it has q to t the numbers 1-5 and f1-5 using ctrl alt shift or win key I can assign over 100 macros, and when I'm not using for PS I can load macros up for whatever game I'm playing that needs them including some that use complet mouse and keyboard sets using autohotkey , i'll be damed if i'm paying 200$ for something I can make myself for $10

The best companion for Photoshop is a small gaming pad with around ten keys like the old Nostromo. Just program in the shortcuts into the keys to suit you taste and let you left hand do the work of picking tour shortcuts and brush size. Mine still works with Catalina, so in order to use it with the current operating system, I'll get another similar like the Razer Tartarus V2 that will work, I think with the latest operating system. Nostromo stops at Catalina.

This console is interesting and can be really helpful. I love that it can be programmed and initiate actions.
Although the dial can't control sliders, they are accessible via mouse. Once acclimated to using all input devices on your desktop, it would move editing along quite efficiently. The only reason I won't be getting this, is the $200 US price tag is a big hit to my budget.

They went from ergonomic to straight up banging your wrist and distract your workflow. The buttons are not shape recognizable, meaning that you always have to look over your machine to press it's buttons. You'll even forget in what page your stored an action in and be swiping through it for 7 seconds or more. Just use a Tourbox.

Tourbox lite. 1 device instead of 2. I think you have 9 buttons. The wheels can be customized. I love it so much it changed my PS game. Also can be customized for any program. I also use it non my MS word documents for highlight, bold etc. 100 bucks cheaper than this device and you dont need 2 things on your desk.

These types of modular little shortcut key things just do NOTHING for me. I have ZERO interest in any of them, for any type of application. I would never use one even if given to me for free.
If they work for some folks, great, but for me it's a keyboard and mouse, and I don't need anything else lol

The most useless Logitech I've ever seen.
I perform keyboard shortcuts without looking, using muscle memory and over 20 years of experience - why would I throw all that away to relearn a tool that's slower and requires looking away from the Photoshop screen That sounds ridiculous.

reply

To each, his own. Whatever helps you work faster and more efficiently, feel free to use it.
But for me, I prefer staying fresh with keyboard shortcuts.
This way my workflow travels with me and my fingertips, and not with some kit that might get lost or break.

reply

$200 is absolutely insane. Very telling that it only shows you the price after adding to the cart
I understand the benefit to tools like this but that's just a ridiculous price for what you get. I'll stick with my Bluetooth mouse and keyboard

Bro i am student of multimedia application from malaysia. Last month, I take my friend photo for his birthday. But the photo didnt show full of his face. His upper head was cut. He want this photo before deepavali. Van you help me.

It would have been great if Logitech included a title heading (above the 9 segment pad) that you could customise and changed as you went from page to page i.e. so you don’t need to worry about remembering the content of each page
reply

LOLOL....its 200$. goh..lol.....Every time i tried these tools, its slower than what we have learned. Searching for new keys is slower. Also, MX keyboard has custom macros. Would be cool to pipe these macros to the keyboard.
reply

Looks cool but, for 200$ I think there must be cheaper options
The HUION Keydial Mini seems good for 55$, ofc it doesnt have the extra dial for zoom and the screen buttons but 18 customizable buttons shall sufice

reply

Why dont you simply buy a loupedeck which does all including the lightroom sliders and color gradation for almost same price, also why would you buy this Logi device with so many compromises and limitations
reply

In short, Logitech have bought out Loupedeck, and have split the Loupedeck Live or CT in basically 2 devices. And you edit what they do with a very similar interface, from Logi.
Another learning curve to learn.

Pls help whenever client give me file of psd or PSB file more than 3gb size to resize it slows my pc and after editing file size became more than 10gb size , did I do something wrong
reply

Well, it depends on the user preferences. It can be useful but if your keyboard shortcuts can do that too if you don’t wanna spend or have no space for desktop.
reply

So... we have: A mouse or pen, keyboard, the wheel module, the buttons module and.......only two hands...maybe Logitech could help us with some voice control!
reply

Using it with a wacom pro L will surely be a hassle for me. I think i will better stick to my keyboard shortcuts than this. Loupdeck seems finer than logi.
